Half the calls you take aren't jobs.
They're tripped breakers. They're towns you don't cover. They're a realtor chasing you for the third time about a water test before a closing. A website ought to sort that out before your phone ever rings — and yours probably can't, because most in this trade don't even have one. We build it, we run it, you never have to touch it.
We counted
We went through your own trade association's list.
Every well contractor it lists around here. Then we opened each one and checked what was actually there.
That's how many can be reached online
Twenty-one outfits listed around Central New York and the North Country. Sixteen have nothing but a phone number. And of the five that do list something, one is listed as an email address dressed up as a website link. That's the list a builder or a homeowner actually looks at.
Two of these are broken right now, and nobody's told them
One outfit that's been drilling since 1969 — their web address is dead. Gone. Directories still send people to it. Another, in business since 1935, has an address that throws a full-page security warning in every browser before anybody sees a word. A third is paying for two separate websites under slightly different names, splitting a sixty-year-old family name against itself. None of them know.
What we're not going to tell you STRAIGHT
- We're not promising to get you to the top of Google. Nobody can, and anybody who says they can is lying.
- We're not trying to bring you more work. You're booked into next spring and turning jobs down for lack of help. More calls is not your problem.
- Your problem is the calls that waste an hour — the breaker, the wrong town — and the good ones you never hear about because a builder couldn't find you and called somebody else.
What we build
Six things built for this work.
Every one of them either stops a wasted call or brings you a job you're currently missing.
“I've got no water” — sorted before you answer THE BIG ONE
- Four questions on the page: did a breaker trip, what does the gauge read, is the faucet spitting air, did it quit all at once or fade out?
- A real emergency goes straight to whoever's on call, with the answers already attached
- A tripped breaker gets walked through it — and you don't burn a truck roll on a job that pays nothing
Right now somebody with no water at 7pm on a Saturday looks at most of these sites, sees "closed weekends," and calls the next guy. This one tells them straight away whether somebody's coming.
Towns you cover, and the ones you don't STOPS THE WRONG CALLS
- They put in their ZIP before anything else and find out right there whether you go
- And it knows the difference between where you'll drill and where you'll only do pump work
The biggest name in the region lists thirteen counties on their homepage but won't do pump service in half of them — you have to dig into a sub-page to learn that. So they answer that phone call all summer long. You don't have to.
Water tests for closings STEADY MONEY
- A realtor or a loan officer picks a date, you pull the sample, the lab result goes straight to the file
- Built for them to save, because they'll need it again in three weeks
A lot of home loans on a well won't close without a clean water test, and every one of them has a hard date. Not one outfit around here has a page for this. It's steady, year-round work that has nothing to do with the weather.
What's actually in the water, town by town SELLS THE TREATMENT
- A real page for each town you cover, built on public state and federal well testing — not "hard water," the actual thing that's in it
- Naming the problem is what sells the filter that fixes it
Here's the part that matters to you: we build these from public records and keep them current ourselves. You never have to send us anything. It's the only thing on your site that grows without you lifting a finger.
“Where's my well record?” THEY HAND YOU THEIR ADDRESS
- Every well drilled in New York gets a report filed with the state. Homeowners lose their copy.
- They put in an address and find out the depth, the yield and the year — or they ask you to look
This is the one thing on the whole site that makes a total stranger volunteer their address without being asked. That's a lead you didn't have to buy.
A hiring page that works from a phone YOUR REAL BOTTLENECK
- Under a minute, no resume, no account to make. Name, number, what they've run before.
- Goes straight to your phone as a text
You're not short on work. You're short on help — half this trade is near retirement and outfits everywhere are turning down jobs because they can't crew them. This is the one thing on the page a booked-solid owner can't wave off.
Pricing
Building it costs you nothing extra.
No setup fee. You sign up for a year, or three years for a cheaper monthly rate.
Presence

$170 a month if you sign for three years
- A 5-page website, built for you
- The towns you cover, spelled out
- A no-water page that actually helps somebody
- We keep it online, safe and backed up
- 2 hours a month of changes
Growth
Everything above, plus the call sorting, the water tests, the town pages and the hiring page.
$340 a month if you sign for three years
- Everything in Presence
- The no-water questions that sort real jobs from breakers
- The ZIP check, so wrong-town calls stop
- Water test booking for realtors and banks
- A page per town on what's in the water there
- The hiring page
- We keep your Google listing right — hours, photos, phone
- 5 hours a month of changes
Commerce
Worth it if you sell softeners and filters. This is the one trade where we'd actually push you toward it.
$595 a month if you sign for three years
- Everything in Growth
- Customers reorder softener salt themselves
- Filters and UV lamps replaced on a schedule, card on file
- Turns a one-time install into money every month
- 10 hours a month of changes
Those hours are a real limit and they don't carry over. If you want something bigger done, we price it separately — your monthly bill doesn't move on you. And if the cheap one is all you need, we'll tell you that.

I already pay somebody for a website.
My customers aren't on the internet.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
I do treatment, not drilling. Or just pump work.
What if I want out?
