Stop answering “roughly how much?”
from the cab of your truck.
A website that does the talking you're doing on the phone all day. Your prices sit right on the page. People pick the week they want you out. Your old customers get a text when they're due again. We build it, we run it, you never have to touch it.
Two things worth checking
Go Google your own town. See who comes up above you.
We went and looked around Central New York before we wrote any of this. Two things kept showing up.
Call centers in other states are showing up above you
Google "septic service Watertown." One of the first things that comes up is a website with an Idaho phone number, no address, and a list of fifty towns all over the state. Google a porta-potty in Oswego and one result has ORLANDO right in the web address. These aren't real companies. They take the call and sell it to whoever pays them the most. Meanwhile a guy who's been doing this here for thirty years is sitting below them.
You may already be paying for this
Outfits like yours around here are paying a big national company about $255 a month, plus a setup charge, locked in for six months — for a website with stock photos and no prices on it. If that's you, this isn't a new bill. It's a smaller one that does more. And if you're stuck in a contract, tell us when it's up and we'll wait for you.
What we're not going to say to you STRAIGHT ANSWER
- We're not promising you Google rankings. Nobody honestly can, and anyone who does is telling you what you want to hear.
- We're not telling you your site isn't mobile friendly unless we've actually looked and it isn't.
- We're not selling you more customers. You're booked three weeks out in July — more calls is not the problem. Fewer calls that waste your time is the problem.
What we build
Six things built for the work you actually do.
Not a cookie-cutter site with your name dropped in. This is the stuff your customers try to do — and right now, every one of them ends up as a phone call to you instead.
Your prices, right on the page THE BIG ONE
- What a pump-out costs by tank size. What digging up a buried lid costs. Extra hose. Nights and weekends. All of it, in writing.
- Every price has a date next to it — "prices as of February 2." So it's a number, not a promise you're stuck with.
- You change any price yourself, on your phone, in about twenty seconds. You don't call us and you don't wait.
We looked at every septic and dumpster outfit we could find around here. Not one of them puts a price on their website. They all say "call for a free quote" — and that's why your phone never stops.
People pick a week, not a time FITS HOW YOU RUN
- They pick a week. Not 2:15 on Thursday, which would wreck the rest of your day.
- They get a text the night before, and you call when you're thirty minutes out.
- They tell you the stuff you actually need up front: gate code, is there a dog, where to park, is the lid buried — and they can send a photo.
Most booking systems make people pick an exact time. You'd hate it and you'd stop using it in a week. This one works the way you already run — by what town you're in, not by the clock.
We text them when they're due again THEY COME BACK
- A homeowner answers four easy questions and finds out roughly when their tank needs doing.
- They can ask for one text when that month comes around. Not junk mail. One message.
- So a one-time job turns into a customer who calls you again in three years instead of calling whoever's first on Google.
This is about as close to steady money as this work gets. It runs on its own and it costs you nothing.
They can book a toilet or a dumpster themselves THE RENTAL SIDE
- Having a party? They put in how many people and how long, and the page tells them how many toilets they need.
- Dumpsters described how people actually think: "a kitchen and a bath," "a two-car garage cleanout." Not cubic yards.
- How much weight is included, and what it costs if they go over — before they book.
A surprise weight bill two weeks later is the thing people complain about most in this business. Putting the number up front costs you nothing and ends the argument before it starts.
A page just for real estate agents THEY COME BACK TOO
- One price for a closing inspection, how fast they get the report, and it goes to the agent, the buyer and the bank all at once.
- Built so an agent saves it — because they'll need you again in about three weeks.
Banks ask for a septic inspection on a lot of house sales. Agents send the same guy over and over. Nobody around here has a page aimed at them.
Your insurance certificate, ready to grab WINS JOBS
- A contractor can pull your COI off the site at ten at night without calling you.
- If he needs to be added as additional insured, that request comes through the site instead of your voicemail.
Small thing. Wins jobs. Costs you nothing to have sitting there.
That's a real, working demo — the calculators run, the booking works. It's built on a made-up company so nobody's business is used without asking.
Pricing
Building it costs you nothing extra.
No setup fee. You sign up for a year, or three years for a cheaper monthly rate. Want to move up later? Say so and the new one starts next month.

- People pick the week they want you out — and tell you the gate code, the dog and where to park
- We text your customers when their tank is due again
- People can book a toilet or a dumpster right off the page
- Something on your site that answers questions at 9 at night so you don't have to
- We keep your Google listing right — hours, photos, phone number
- We ask your customers for a review after the job, on our own
- 5 hours a month of changes
Commerce
Only if you want to take money online. Most outfits don't need this starting out, and we'll tell you so.
$595 a month if you sign for three years
- Everything in Growth
- Take a deposit by card when somebody books
- List up to 100 things you rent or sell
- 10 hours a month of changes
Those hours are a real limit and they don't carry over to the next month. If you want something bigger done, we price it separately — your monthly bill doesn't move on you. And if the cheap one is all you need, we'll tell you that.
