What do the plans cost?
Three plans on a three-year agreement: Presence $100/month, Growth $150/month, Commerce $300/month. On a one-year agreement they're $125, $200 and $350. The website build is included on every plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No — not on any plan, ever. Building your site is part of the subscription, which is what the one-year agreement is for. You'll never get a separate build invoice from us.
What's the difference between the plans?
Presence is a complete business website: up to 5 pages, 2 hours of active work each month, 1 editor login. Growth adds up to 15 pages, 5 hours each month, 3 editor logins, an article written and published for you every month, the AI Chat Agent included, booking, Google Business Profile management, and automatic review requests. Commerce adds up to 40 pages, 10 hours each month, 5 editor logins, and an online store or paid booking with up to 100 products.
How many hours of work do I get each month?
Two hours on Presence, five on Growth, ten on Commerce — active work on your site beyond hosting and monitoring, typically articles, content updates, or improvements we recommend. It's a real cap, and unused hours don't roll over. Bigger projects are quoted separately or queued to the following month, so your monthly price never moves.
Will my site rank #1 on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise rankings, and we won't. What we deliver: a fast, properly built site that search engines can index, set up the right way — titles, descriptions, local business info, analytics — plus fresh content monthly. For businesses starting with no web presence, that alone is a real, visible difference.
What is the AI chat agent?
An AI assistant on your site that talks to visitors 24/7 — answering the basics like hours, services and service area from your real business information, and handling more advanced questions if you want. On Presence it's a $50/month add-on covering up to 250 chats. It's already included on Growth (up to 750 chats) and Commerce (up to 2,000). We build it, train it, and keep it current; you never touch it.
Is there a contract?
Plans are one-year agreements — that's what lets us include the build with no setup fee. There's also a three-year option at a lower monthly rate. After the first term it simply continues at the same rate.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes — move up whenever your business is ready, and the new plan starts the following month. Moving down waits until the end of your current term.
Who owns the site? Can I buy it?
AInovations builds and operates the site and everything behind it — that's what keeps the monthly price where it is. Your subscription covers the build, hosting, updates, and support. Want to own your site outright? Just like Rent-an-App, that's a conversation, not a menu item — reach out and we'll talk.
What happens if I cancel?
The site and hosting are part of the service, so the site retires when the subscription ends — and we'll export your content and hand over your domain name so nothing you paid for is lost.
