Everward Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Everward, a mobile priorities and decision-support app provided by AInovations LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Everward, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Everward.
2. Nature of the Service
Everward helps users define priorities, track decisions, review progress, and receive AI-assisted summaries or diagnostics.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, emergency, or other regulated advice.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own priorities, decisions, actions, and outcomes. Everward can support reflection and organization, but it does not replace independent judgment.
4. Accounts and Data
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and maintaining reasonable security over your login credentials.
5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Ads
Everward may offer free access, paid subscriptions, AI credits, rewarded ads, and other app features. Subscription and purchase terms may also be governed by the applicable app store.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Everward, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Service Changes
AInovations LLC may modify, suspend, sunset, or discontinue features as the product evolves. The previous AInovations web app experience is being sunsetted as AInovations focuses on Everward for Android and iOS.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Everward.
