Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and websites provided by AInovations LLC ("AInovations," "we," "us"), including TankMate, Everward, and our other products. By using our apps or websites, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of our services
You may use our apps and websites for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and any product-specific rules. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit — for example, tank data, photos, priorities, decisions, and notes. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, including processing your content (and sending relevant content to AI service providers) to deliver features you request.
3. AI-assisted outputs
Our apps may produce AI-assisted results, such as diagnoses, species identifications, compatibility guidance, summaries, or reviews. These outputs are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not professional, veterinary, legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription (such as TankMate Pro or Everward paid plans). Subscriptions are billed and managed through the applicable app store or payment provider, subject to their terms. We do not directly collect full payment card details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them, access them without authorization, infringe others' rights, or submit unlawful content.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-assisted outputs or from the care of animals, plants, or aquatic life.
8. Text messaging (Ringlatch SMS program)
AInovations LLC operates Ringlatch, an AI phone answering service. Subscribing business owners receive text messages about calls placed to their own business: call summaries, urgent-call alerts, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT are all honored); reply HELP for help or contact jp@ainovations.net. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
