Ringlatch
Questions, answered straight.
What is Ringlatch?
An AI phone receptionist for small businesses. It answers the calls you cannot get to, finds out what the caller needs, and texts you the details within seconds.
Will my customers know it is not a person?
It says so plainly if they ask, and it never pretends to be human. What it never does is drop someone into voicemail. Anyone who hangs up still gets a text within seconds.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number exactly as it is. Only unanswered and busy calls forward to Ringlatch.
Does it work with a landline?
Yes, and with cable phone lines and cell phones. Landlines use a different forwarding method than cell phones, and both are supported.
What counts as an urgent call?
Whatever you say does. A no-heat call in February, a patient in pain, a customer stranded on the shoulder, a tenant locked out. You decide the list, and it can change any time.
Is Ringlatch an emergency service?
No. It never promises that anyone is on the way and never gives medical or safety advice. Anything involving danger to a person is sent to 911 first.
What happens to robocalls?
They are screened before the billable assistant engages, so they never reach you and never count against your minutes.
How much does it cost?
$149 a month for 150 answered minutes, or $299 for 400. No overage bills and no contract.
Where do you operate?
Anywhere in the United States.
