Common questions
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number on your truck, your door and your cards. We set your phone so that only the calls you do not answer roll over to Ringlatch. Pick up yourself and nothing happens.
Does it work on a landline?
Yes. Landlines and cable phone lines use two forwarding codes instead of one, and some landline plans need the call-forwarding feature enabled on the account.
