Ringlatch by AInovations

Never miss another job.

You are with a customer, under a sink, or three people deep at the counter. The phone rings and nobody can get to it — so that caller tries the next name on the list. Ringlatch answers instead, finds out what they need, and texts you the whole thing before they have put their phone down.

Available nationwide. A flat monthly rate, no contract, and nothing about your existing phone number changes.

Your number does not change.

This is the part most owners expect to be complicated. It is not. You keep the number on your truck, your door, your signs and your cards. We set your phone so that only the calls you do not answer roll over to Ringlatch. Pick up yourself and nothing happens. Miss it, and Ringlatch answers on the fourth ring.

  • Answers 24/7 in your business’s name
  • Knows your hours, your services, your area and your ballpark pricing
  • Gets the name, the callback number, and what the caller actually needs
  • You decide what counts as urgent — and those calls ring your cell right then, or land as an URGENT text
  • Anyone who hangs up early gets a text back within seconds
  • Robocalls are screened out and never billed to you

Your number does not change.

You keep the number on your truck, your door and your cards. Only the calls you do not answer reach Ringlatch. Pick up yourself and nothing happens.

No overage bills, ever. Most businesses use well under half their minutes. If you get close, we tell you at 80%. If you go past, we keep answering and keep catching your leads — the assistant just takes a name and a number instead of chatting, so you are never billed a surprise. Go far enough past and we will tell you it is time to move up a plan. Prices do not include Sales tax applied where required.

Straight answers.

Will my customers know it is a computer?

It says so if they ask, and we do not pretend otherwise. What it never does is put someone into voicemail. Anyone who hangs up still gets a text within seconds, so you get the lead either way.

What counts as urgent?

Whatever you say does. A no-heat call in February, a patient in pain, a customer stranded on the shoulder, someone locked out. You set the list. Those calls ring your cell right then, or land as an URGENT text if you cannot pick up. Ringlatch is not an emergency service, never says help is on the way, and sends anything dangerous to 911 first.

I saw an app for $29 a month.

Probably. The question worth asking any of them is what happens to the caller who will not talk to an assistant, and whether you find out when something stops working. Those are the two places these tools quietly lose you jobs.

Text messaging terms

Ringlatch is an AI phone answering service operated by AInovations for small businesses in the United States. Two kinds of text messages are sent through the service.

Messages to business owners

Customers who subscribe to Ringlatch provide their mobile number during signup and check a consent box agreeing to receive text alerts about calls placed to their business. These are transactional alerts: a summary of each call, the caller’s details, and urgent-call notifications. Message frequency depends on call volume and typically ranges from a few messages a week to several a day.

Messages to people who call a Ringlatch business

If someone calls a business using Ringlatch and hangs up before leaving their details, the service sends a single reply text to the number they called from, inviting them to reply with what they need. This is a one-time response to their own inbound call. Replying continues the conversation with that business; replying STOP ends it.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at jp@ainovations.net. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and call details collected through Ringlatch are used only to deliver the service to the business that received the call. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
