AInovations LLC operates Ringlatch, an AI phone answering service for small businesses. Subscribing business owners receive text messages from AInovations LLC about calls placed to their own business: a summary after each answered call including the caller's name, callback number and what they need, alerts for calls flagged urgent, and notices when the account approaches its monthly minute allowance.

How to opt in

Business owners opt in at ainovations.net/ringlatch-signup by entering the mobile number to be used for call alerts and actively checking a consent box. The box is never pre-checked. No number is messaged without a completed consent checkbox.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Message frequency depends on how many calls your business receives, and typically ranges from a few messages a week to several a day.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to messages you send and receive. AInovations LLC does not charge you separately for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To resume, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the Ringlatch service to the account holder. See our Privacy Policy.
