PooPawtrol Privacy Policy
This policy covers the PooPawtrol mobile app for iPhone and Android and the PooPawtrol payment page. PooPawtrol is a dog waste removal service. The app lets customers book visits, manage their bookings and pay.
Information we collect
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and service address, which you enter so we know where to go and how to reach you.
- Your bookings: the service, number of dogs, dates and times, and any notes you add (for example a gate code).
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, a push token for your phone so we can send booking updates and service announcements.
- Payments: when you pay with Venmo or a card, the payment is handled by PayPal. We receive a confirmation, the amount, and, for regular plans you choose to save, a PayPal token and a short label such as your Venmo username or card brand and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number or Venmo login.
The app does not use advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not collect your precise location.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and confirm your visits, including working out drive time between stops.
- To email you about your bookings, such as confirmations and schedule changes.
- To charge for visits you have chosen to pay for with Venmo or a card.
- To send notifications you have allowed.
Who processes it
We share information only with the service providers that run the app for us:
- PayPal (including Venmo): payment processing.
- Netlify: hosting and storage of booking data.
- Resend: sending booking emails.
- Google Maps Platform: drive time between service addresses.
- Expo: delivering push notifications.
- AInovations LLC: builds and maintains the app on PooPawtrol's behalf.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information while you are a customer and for as long as needed for our business and tax records, then delete it.
Your choices
- You can change your profile in the app under Settings.
- You can turn off notifications in your phone's settings at any time.
- To have your information deleted, email llcpoopawtrol@gmail.com and we will delete it, except anything we must keep by law.
Children
The app is meant for adults booking a service for their home and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
